Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is responsible for analyzing security reports, assessing risks, and taking appropriate measures to provide the best possible protection for our customers and partners.
Report Security Vulnerabilities
We encourage security researchers, customers, and partners to responsibly report potential vulnerabilities to us.
Please send security-related reports to: psirt@tr-electronic.de
To help us process your report efficiently, please include the following information:
- Description of the vulnerability
- Affected products, firmware, or software versions
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Assessment of potential impact
- Contact information for follow-up questions
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.
Our Approach to Security Alerts
TRsystems investigates all reports of security vulnerabilities affecting TRsystems products and services. We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities from security researchers, customers, suppliers, industry associations, CERTs, partners, or the general public. We view the identification of vulnerabilities as a joint effort among various parties, with the goal of consistently providing our customers with a high level of security. To support all parties in a coordinated vulnerability reporting process, the procedure is transparently described in this TR Electronic Vulnerability Handling Guideline document.
Upon receiving a report, our PSIRT follows a structured process.
